Hello my name is Janet and I live in Canada, where it is cold and windy for alot of the time in the winter.
This winter has been really cold but not very much snow, so we are very happy about that. I do xstitch as a hobby right now and thought I would like to share my work that I do with some people on the internet and share ideas and patterns and what not.

My interests: are reading, computers, xstitch, cooking and birds
|

I have alot of interests that I try to pursue each week or month, I love reading and also writing I am in the middle of two writing courses and really enjoying them. My friend and I have eight birds that we adore four budgies, three cockateils, and one conure. They are so sweet, we really love them alot, and most of the time they are cards and funny in their antics. I have taken two computer courses and I am a programmer and computer support specialist. I love to cook all kinds of food, international cusine and oriental as well. But we are not red meat eaters so we eat chicken and turkey and tofu and alot of really neat stuff noe that the world is open to other ways of eating besides just meat and potatoes, anyway I have a pretty full life and a very interesting as well.
